Each month, we curate a box of coastal lifestyle products matched to your tier and ship it automatically. Your card is charged on the same date each month. You can manage everything — from skipping a shipment to cancelling — from your Subscriber Portal.
Your card is charged on the same calendar date you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month. If that date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge occurs the next business day.
Yes. You can pause your subscription for 1, 2, or 3 months, or skip a single shipment, all from your Subscriber Portal. Pauses and skips must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
Log into your Subscriber Portal, go to My Subscription, and click Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll receive your paid box before cancellation is finalized. No fees, no questions asked.
Subscription boxes are processed between the 1st and 5th of each month and typically ship by the 10th. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your box leaves our fulfillment center.
Yes. All subscription boxes ship free, no matter the order value. For individual (non-subscription) product orders, shipping is free on orders of $30 or more. Orders under $30 have a flat $4.99 shipping fee.
Currently, Waves Market Co. ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our email list to be notified when it launches.
Contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at hello@wavesmarket.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
Individual product purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Subscription box items can be returned if the item is defective or incorrect. Contact us at hello@wavesmarket.co to initiate a return.
Yes. Every product in our catalog meets our reef-safe and ocean-safe standards. We independently verify all sunscreen formulations and personal care products to ensure they comply with Hawaii's reef-safe standards and contain no oxybenzone or octinoxate.
Absolutely. Visit our Shop page to purchase any of our 22 products individually. Free shipping applies to orders of $30 or more. Essentials and Premium subscribers receive 15–20% member pricing on all individual product orders.
Essentials and Premium members receive a preview of their upcoming box in the Subscriber Portal 5 days before shipment. Starter members receive a curated seasonal selection chosen by our team — part of the surprise is intentional!
