All Waves Market subscription boxes ship free, regardless of order value. For individual (non-subscription) product orders, free shipping is provided on orders totaling $30.00 or more before tax. Orders under $30 are charged a flat $4.99 standard shipping fee.
Subscription Boxes: Subscription boxes are processed between the 1st and 5th of each month and typically ship between the 8th and 12th. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your box is handed to the carrier.
Individual Product Orders: In-stock individual products are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
During peak periods (November–December holidays) processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We will notify subscribers of any expected delays.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on the most efficient delivery option for your address. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, which you can use to track your package on the carrier's website.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been handed to the carrier.
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.) or internationally at this time. International shipping is planned for a future date. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your Subscriber Portal under Order History.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your delivery address. Then contact us at hello@wavesmarket.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and, upon investigation, either reship your order or issue a refund. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that were subsequently stolen.
If your package or its contents arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and contact us at hello@wavesmarket.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement shipment or refund at no additional cost to you.
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so through your Subscriber Portal or by contacting us at least 5 business days before your next shipment date. We cannot redirect packages already in transit. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
