Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Individual Product Returns

We want you to love every product you receive. If you are not satisfied with an individual (non-subscription) product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition and original packaging
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item)
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return shipments

To initiate a return, contact hello@wavesmarket.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and mailing instructions within 2 business days.

2. Subscription Box Refunds

Subscription box charges are generally non-refundable once your box has shipped. However, we will issue a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Your box was not delivered within 14 days of your ship date (after allowing for carrier delays)
  • Your box arrived damaged and items inside are unusable
  • You received incorrect items not matching your subscription tier
  • A defective product was included in your box

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box with photos of the damage.

3. Subscription Cancellation Refunds

Subscription fees are charged monthly and are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing period
  • No further charges will occur after cancellation takes effect
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing period

Exception: If you cancel within 24 hours of your first subscription charge and have not yet received any products, contact us immediately at hello@wavesmarket.co to request a full refund of your first month's charge.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our approval, depending on your card issuer. We will send a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method than the one used for the original purchase.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened personal care products (unless defective)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
